More or less I agree with tluesi comments...read the other side of the story, read some recent Anette comments before declaring everything is pink and happy now because the "diva" is gone

obviously you have just heard one side of the story. And I think that letter generated quite some misunderstandings. Tarja liked/still likes NW , there were certain things inside NW she didn't like. I think the whole "diva" thing was generated by poor comunication between them and misunderstoods. She doesn't strike me as someone who thinks highly of herself and I don't think she's corrupt.

just read what Emppu has to say about the split in the official biography. He's anything but happy about the way it was handled by the others.

You should also take a look about what Anette said in the Rocksound interview in August 2008.

Something like she has come to understand also Tarja's side, and that by being in the band she "has seen things that made the split happen".
OMG, she's solidarizing with the corrupted diva!!

Too much for an easy stereotyped "good boys vs. Evil Diva", right?

Sure, believing that things are black and white is SO much more easy and epic and comfortable, but unfortunately reality is complex.

Of course there were lots of professional problems (and EVERYONE was responsible), and probably firing her was the only solution.

But then the guys felt they needed to villanize her and put all the blame on her to save the band. It was a mere marketing strategy, and an extremely smart and profitable one.

wow, I guess you have a very high opinion of yourself to preach about someone you never met and judge her only by an angry letter you found in the internet.

And before you start calling me a "Tarja loyalist" (LOL), I can assure you that I DO believe she has her fair share of fault.

Nobody knows what really happened (sorry to burst your bubble!), but anyone with at least a bit of insight about human relationships can understand that when a mess like this happens hardly anyone is innocent.
