I'm not sure, but I assume this is "The Buzz" a celebrity gossip show. The Philipino restaurant we ate at had this playing on a wide screen, and after listening to what sounded like a woman speaking gibberish for minutes on end, I had to share with the world.

(And I know it's not gibberish. It just sounds like it. I lived with a Philipino man for two years, and above a Phil family for two years, too.)

the show (the buzz) was introducing a new soap opera. he was interviewing one of the casts. the host is very smart, he's an esteemed journalist and can speak english, tagalog and visaya fluently.
