If you look at 0:11-0:21 and 3:45-3:55 you see part of a thing that says VIVA LIVE Tokio Hotel Spring Nicht (VIVA is a live program in Germany that shows music videos and has interviews with bands). They are showing this music video to a live audience back in the studio (VIVA). At the end, you were hearing screaming from the live audience viewing it because they like it.
So you're right, it was screaming. Hope that helped.
